Placing an order and order acceptance
You place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the “Confirm Purchase” button at the end of the online ordering process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your Paypal Account, credit or debit card.
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation Section of the Site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy and Procedures.

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Procedures. their account where they suspect fraud to have occurred. Buyers who we believe are involved in fraud of any description may also become banned from Miss Kraftie Soap website or any of their support or
social media channels
Damages
We will very often complete a full investigation into what has happened to try to
prevent it in the future. We may need you to return the item to us to assist us
with the investigation. If an item has been used prior to our agreement, then we
may not be able to replace or refund the item.
Refunds/Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be offered where there is a defective product
involved so long as it is reported to us within 3 days.
We also will not replace or refund for items where you have changed
your mind such as colour or quantity. Where returns/refunds are accepted, they
will only be actioned with proof of purchase, and issued to the buyer
themselves.
Accuracy of information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the Website; however, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Prices
The prices indicated on Miss Kraftie Soap are shown in Pound Sterling and do not include delivery. The delivery costs will be calculated and invoiced during checkout in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. Damages to parcels, or missing items from parcels must be reported to us within 3days of receiving. We cannot, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Miss Kraftie Soap will not take responsibility for parcels that go missing or stolen from courier safe places should you have chosen this delivery method for your order. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are home on the day of delivery. If for some reason you are not going to be home then a designated safe place of your choice can be agreed upon by contacting the courier that has your parcel.
